Costruzione a fibra di testa, che orienta le venature del legno verso l’alto per una superficie che si segna meno e rispetta il filo dei coltelli.

Pulizia quotidiana: lavalo a mano con acqua tiepida e asciugalo con cura. Mai in lavastoviglie, mai in ammollo. Per le macchie ostinate, sale grosso e mezzo limone.
Cura periodica: quando il legno appare asciutto o opaco, stendi uno strato sottile della crema inclusa e lasciala assorbire, di solito ogni due o tre mesi.
